Relax and Recharge: Time to eat, hydrate, and socialise with friends in a relaxed setting.
Light Activities: Optional group games or downtime before jumping into the next session.
Afternoon: Acro
Warm-Up: Cardio warm up and stretching
Acro Introduced
Skills in acrobatic arts mastered such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, forward rolls
Acro Routine Children work in small groups to create their own acro routines to a song relating to the theme of camp
Cool-Down and Departure: Stretching and winding down before saying goodbye.
