Morning: First Sport Session

  • Warm-Up: A fun, inclusive warm-up with dynamic movements to prepare for the first sport.

  • Sport-Specific Skills:

    • Introduction to the rules and techniques of the chosen sport (e.g., dodgeball, basketball, cricket).

    • Drills and activities to develop key skills and confidence.

    • Mini-games or challenges to apply what’s been learned.

  • Team Play: Players work together in small matches or activities to foster teamwork and understanding of the game.


Lunch Break

  • Relax and Recharge: Time to eat, hydrate, and socialize with friends in a relaxed setting.

  • Light Activities: Optional group games or downtime before jumping into the next session.


Afternoon: Second Sport Session

  • Warm-Up: Gentle reactivation to transition into the new sport.

  • New Sport Introduction:

    • Explanation of basic rules, skills, and strategies.

    • Drills and exercises tailored to the sport (e.g., tennis rallies, dodgeball throws).

  • Team Matches or Challenges: Participants get involved in friendly competition, applying what they’ve learned while having fun.


Wrap-Up

  • Feedback and Highlights: Coaches review the day, celebrate individual and team successes, and encourage reflection on the new skills learned.

  • Cool-Down and Departure: Stretching and winding down before saying goodbye.


This schedule ensures variety, skill-building, and fun, keeping participants engaged and excited throughout the day.
